01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taya3650 ("taya3650," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the taya3650 website located at taya3650.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the taya3650 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

taya3650 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or other identity documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of taya3650 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may register only one taya3650 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. taya3650 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya3650 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. taya3650 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify taya3650 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. Contact our support team via live chat available on the Platform.
• KYC Verification: taya3650 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. taya3650 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the taya3650 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: taya3650 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. taya3650 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: taya3650 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, taya3650 may require you to complete KYC verification and confirm that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once may also be subject to processing fees at taya3650's discretion.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. taya3650 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

taya3650 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all taya3650 bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. taya3650 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• taya3650 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.
• Any attempt to abuse the taya3650 bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software, or engaging in bonus arbitrage, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses credited in Philippine Peso (₱) are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya3650 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one taya3650 account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, system, or process on the Platform, including but not limited to exploiting software bugs or errors.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing cards, hands, or game information in real-time during live dealer games.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taya3650 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other player accounts, or taya3650's internal systems.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the taya3650 Platform without prior written consent.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya3650 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of taya3650 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content in any medium.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any taya3650 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of taya3650 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya3650 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond taya3650's reasonable control.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results caused by technical malfunctions, provided that taya3650 takes reasonable steps to investigate and rectify such issues promptly.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

In all cases, taya3650's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09 Responsible Gaming

taya3650 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviours. taya3650 takes this responsibility seriously.

• Age Restriction: taya3650 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed.

10 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your taya3650 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to bonus funds.
• taya3650-Initiated Closure: taya3650 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would expose taya3650 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination – including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law – shall continue to apply.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and taya3650, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. taya3650 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent taya3650 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
